Mainland Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 weekday after receipt of payment, or in the case of UK local government orders, on the receipt of an 'official purchase order' and are shipped via 'next day' courier for delivery the following working day. Delivery tracking is available and parcels must be signed for before they will be left. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. However due to stock availability, and occasionally other unforeseen circumstances, you should allow up to 30 days for delivery.

United Kingdom Offshore ShipmentNorthern Scotland, Northern

Delivery tracking is available and parcels must be signed for before they will be left. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. However due to stock availability, and occasionally other unforeseen circumstances, you should allow up to 30 days for delivery.

International Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 weekday after receipt of payment, all orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Orders are shipped by ParcelForce for delivery within 14 days (according to geographic location). Delivery tracking is available and parcels must be signed for before they will be left. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. However due to stock availability, and occasionally other unforeseen circumstances, you should allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Your package will be dispatched at our risk but once signed for becomes your risk, you should open your package promptly once delivered and inspect the contents. Should you have any problem with the delivery this must be reported to D&Wp within fourteen calendar days and you should obtain a returns number from D&Wp, after which you will be issued with written instructions on how to make your return and claim a refund.On occasions items may become detached or broken in carriage and so long as these problems are reported within fourteen days they will be treated as 'under warranty' and repairs or replacement will be made free of charge. Although special care is taken to protect fragile objects, your package should be treated as 'fragile' and is at your own risk whilst in any internal transit or storage.Shipping cartons are amply sized and your items are well-protected.All products can be returned within fourteen days of 'signed for receipt' provided that they are in their original packaging, have not been used and remain in 'as new' condition. 1. the original consignment docket and a copy of the D&Wp Invoice bearing the D&Wp Job/Order Number together with a note of your name, telephone number and address,

2. or a note giving your name, telephone number, address, original purchasers name and address and a description of why the goods are being returned.

Once agreed by D&Wp, rejected goods may be returned within fourteen calendar days, subject to them being in as new condition on arrival at D&Wp the customer will be issued with a credit note for the full value of the goods and the original carriage. If customers purchased the goods by credit card the same credit card will be credited with any refund.
